This Privacy Policy explains how Home Rabbit LLC ("HomeRabbit," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit homerabbit.app (the "Website"). It covers the Website only. The HomeRabbit app and platform are not yet available; before they launch, we will publish a separate privacy policy that covers them.

2. Information we collect
Information you send us. The Website has no accounts, sign-up forms, or comment features. If you email us at support@homerabbit.app or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address or phone number, and the contents of your message.
Technical information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the Website. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the date and time of the request, and the website that referred you. We do not ask for or collect more than this through the Website.
Cookies and tracking. We do not use cookies or similar technologies on the Website for advertising, analytics, or tracking visitors across sites. Our network provider may use technical measures for security and performance.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep emails and call records for as long as needed to respond to you, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept by our providers for the periods they set.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
